Massage Policies & Procedures
It is our intention to provide our guests with a professional and therapeutic onsite massage. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular onsite massage clients of Massage Only Therapy.

At Massage Only Therapy, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as last-minute meetings, traffic considerations, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an onsite massage appointment.

In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
Arrival to Your Onsite Massage
Please arrive for your onsite massage appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule.
No full or partial refunds will be given.
Unfortunately, we do not treat pregnant women due to potential health risks. This includes foot massage due to many acupoints in the foot that can lead to preterm labor. Also, the use of essential oils is not recommended for pregnant women.
Client Cancelation/Modification Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule, cancel an appointment, or reduce your appointment hours. This gives us enough time to fill this time slot. If you fail to cancel prior to 12 hours before your appointment, or you do not show up, you will not be allowed book another massage again.
Late Arrival Policy
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled onsite massage appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
No Show Policy
As stated above, if you do not call or show up for your appointment, you will not be allowed book another massage.
Groupon/Package/Gift Card Expiration
If your Groupon, Package or Gift Card does expire, we will honor it, however, there will be an addition $20 charge for one 60-minute massage or $30 for a 90-minute session.
